A wonderful evening at the State Library of New South Wales. My book ‘Trust’ was announced as the joint winner of the 2021 Danger Prize!
The prize is awarded annually as part of the BAD Sydney Writers festival. It’s to acknowledge the best depiction of criminal activity in Sydney. Great idea, right?
This year, I was joint winner with former Homicide detective Gary Jubelin and his book ‘I Catch Killers’. (an excellent read!)
The prize is now in it’s fifth year, and covers novels, non-fiction, film, television and podcasts. I’m particularly pleased as ‘Trust’ if the first novel to win!!
